KIKO, KUNG HINDI KA BA NAMAN TANGA’T KALAHATI

It took Kiko TWELVE YEARS to realize that his own 2006 law doesn’t work? And if the implementation is erroneous, then what legislative remedies have he proposed to avoid these errors?

NADA.
Kiko, your law clearly states “If the child taken into custody is fifteen years or below… release the child to his/her parents or guardian… [RA 9344 Sec. 20]”

E hindi ba nga’t hindi naaasikaso ng magulang kaya nagago to begin with, tapos iuutos mong irelease uli sa magulang?

KIKO, KUNG HINDI KA BA NAMAN TANGA’T KALAHATI, ANONG MALI SA IMPLEMENTASYON E ANG LINAW-LINAW NA IMPUNITY ANG BINIGAY MO SA MGA GAGONG BATA?
